By installing or using the Cadence Chrome Extension (“Service”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

You agree to use Cadence only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the extension, reverse engineer it, or violate platform (e.g., LinkedIn) policies when using it.

2. Free Plan & Limitations

• Free users are granted 5 rewrites per month and may input content up to 750 characters.
• Limits are enforced via browser storage and may reset monthly.

3. Pro Plan

• By upgrading to Cadence Pro, you unlock: Unlimited rewrites, Longer content rewrites, Access to advanced tones
• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience technical issues or are unsatisfied with Cadence Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not exceeded reasonable usage limits (e.g., excessive rewrites or abuse). To request a refund, please contact us at deep.smcash[@]gmail.com with your order details. Refunds are processed promptly and at our sole discretion for digital products.

5. AI Content Disclaimer

Rewrites are powered by OpenAI's language model. While Cadence enhances tone, we make no guarantees regarding grammatical correctness, legal compliance, or effectiveness of rewritten content.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, designs, and copy related to Cadence are owned by [Your Company Name]. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or abuse of our systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cadence is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from use of the Service, including business loss, reputation harm, or content misrepresentation.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
